Continuous conveyor belt furnaces in endogas controlled atmosphere for annealing of mild steel parts in the automotive and hydraulic industry with combustion or electric heating up to 1300 mm belt width, with or without loading and unloading systems of the parts treated.
Nowadays the application fields of our equipment are developed into several production sectors, but Scame forni industriali S.p.A. peculiarity is to adapt the continuous annealing technology of mild steel and LBS parts to the necessary application.
In the annealing of mild steel parts with relatively low weight and small dimensions, a continuous heat treatment is required, repeatable and constant as a result.
The application of our furnaces in this sector ranges from hydraulic components, like bushings and tubes, to automotive parts for electric engines of the cars.
Our furnaces are engineered and offered with two controlled atmosphere solutions: one in endogas generated from methane gas inside or outside the furnace working chamber, and another one with nitrogen and hydrogen mix, which percentage varies according to the needs of the part.
With the continuous annealing it is possible to cut the manufacturing costs and Scame also cut the management and maintenance costs developing state-of-the-art equipment keeping in mind the customer suggestions and needs.
So far in this industry we have over 170 furnaces installed in several main companies from different commodities sectors.
We also innovated these furnaces by equipping them with loading, dispensers and unloading automation, obtaining the highest possible logistic costs reduction of the maintenance of the lines.

▸ Continuous furnaces with flat operation with minimum passage 300 x 100mm up to maximum passage 1.300 x 150mm with operating speed up to 1.000 mm/min and hourly production up to 1.000 kg/h
