Spare parts are very important for our customer service and our strategy has always been to quickly supply our original spare parts.
Our spare parts office is available to quickly send offers and follow the commercial procedure until the supply of the parts assisting our customer also in the logistics if necessary.
All spare parts are marked with a code which identifies a single component and the customer can find it in the spare parts list inside the instructions or in the suggested spare parts list when this is requested.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our company is structured with state-of-the-art IT systems and, through these, it manages our technical customer service directly with our technicians worldwide, making the specialization of our personnel our winning feature.
Our service is made up as follows:
- Direct telephone assistance with immediate communication of the things to do in order to allow the customers to keep working with their furnaces;
- Remote assistance through internet with connection from customer to our technical customer service to check the status of the furnaces;
- Direct assistance with intervention upon request for repairs, maintenance or technological assistance on parts being produced by the customers;
- Replacement of damaged or worn parts due to natural tear and wear and high temperature
- Scheduled maintenance interventions with our technicians
- Agreed extraordinary maintenance interventions with our technicians
